Appointments & Cancellations
A major credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice to avoid being charged a fee for your missed treatments and so that we may offer this time to another client. Just like you, we’d much prefer to have another client take your place than charge a cancellation fee.
First time no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Second time no-shows result in a charge of 100% of service(s) booked.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancel. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.
We recognize that our time, as well as yours, is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason.
If you are a first time guest, please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to fill out a brief intake form. This allows for an on-time start and allows you to fully enjoy your service.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent clients. We will always do our best to accommodate.
